Unfortunately Opera was sold to a Chinese firm in 2016 and they no longer support languages like Gaelic. If you’re not keen on Firefox, Internet Explorer or Edge, the old Opera developers have resurrected the old browser and it’s available – in Gaelic too – under the name Vivaldi.
