Netvibes is a personal publishing dashboard. What that means is that it allows you to bring together various web services you use in different places in the one place. Let’s say you’re on Twitter, Facebook, Gmail and following a half-dozen RSS feeds. If you hit each of these individually for the latest updates, that takes quite a bit of time. Netvibes allows you to bring these together in the same place which is quite handy if you’re plugged in to the matrix!
It’s easy to use. Once you’ve registered a (free, there is Premium which costs money but mostly that adds data analysis tools) account, go to your settings at the top right:
Click the Languages section and then select Gàidhlig and then Done:
That’s it. You can now select different widgets to get access to your feeds, updates, email and a good number of other things.
